We test anything, from die cast to machined components. Machine shops and mold shops can send parts to our facility for leak testing or we can perform on-site testing.

Determine the Exact Location of the Leak
A critical part of the helium leak test procedure is to determine not only if the part is leaking, but to determine the exact location of the leak. Frequently, after pinpointing the location of a leak we work with the manufacturer to determine where the problem is occurring in the manufacturing process. Therefore, the manufacturer is able to institute corrective action, resulting in a better product.
